When it comes to advertising, Chris + Jeremy don’t play around. Everything else is fair game.

Chris is the Brooklyn-born, Creative Circus-trained, copy part of the team.

He thinks great ads need to either teach you something or make you feel something. He always focuses on the big picture, reframes presentations as conversations, then presents work with the subtlety of a televangelist.

Jeremy is the Boston-born, former-chemist-turned art director half.

He believes in stopping power and wow-factor. Jeremy loves to get into the weeds and take a scalpel to the problem and build a viable, creative solution from the ground up (even if that means teaching himself a new platform, animating it, coding it, or directing it to make it happen.)

They’ve worked on big accounts like Nike, Stellantis, Pfizer, Mars and P&G at big agencies like FCB Chicago and Publicis. And smaller accounts like Powermat, Pfaelzer Bros and Pure Sun Defense at smaller agencies like Woods Witt Dealy & Sons and Pure Growth.

Together, they do all the things that agencies want from their CDs. Firstly, they make their manager’s life easier. They win shiny trophies (like Lions, Pencils, Addys, oh my!) help build client relationships, save accounts that are heading south, make sure deadlines are hit, mentor juniors, and stay on top of trends and tech. One time they even won a new business pitch with a script they cobbled together in about twenty minutes. It featured a houseplant, a carpenter and a really big sweater. It was cool.

They also do the things that clients care deeply about. Little things like increasing actual sales and outselling the competition (because Chris and Jeremy don’t understand when “selling” became taboo in advertising.) And creating work that gets the highest possible scores on testing platforms (5.9 on System 1) and whatever the magic number is in Neuro. They even make stuff that gets measurable return on ROI and increases brand engagement and awareness. Clients love them some measurable return.

Chris and Jeremy share some wild beliefs. They don’t play office politics. They believe in playing nice with strategy and account management. They understand that clients are real people with real concerns and think agency meetings should be the most fun part of their day. They’re really big on stomping out toxicity before it can spread. They believe in giving credit where it’s due, sharing the spotlight and making sure those reporting to them get production experience. They think empathy is the most powerful tool in any creative’s kit. They believe the teachings of Bernbach, Ogilvy and Gossage still hold true, and that tech is a platform for ideas – not a replacement.

Account-wise, they’ve worked on every category you can think of. CPGs, QSRs, automotive, tech, CPGs, finance, lifestyle, CPGs, wine + spirits, fast food, B2B, CPGs, pharma, retail, OTC, travel + tourism, CPGs, insurance, soda, recruitment, and even CPGs. Everything except an airline.

They’re also really into pizza.
